ASILA is an Association of industry professionals dedicated to fostering growth, leadership, and community engagement among our members. Through a diverse range of programs and events, we empower individuals to make meaningful contributions locally and beyond.

Our Purpose:

  • Provide a National Association dedicated to supporting and advancing self-insurance and workers’ compensation across Australia.

  • Focus on education, advocacy, collaboration, and innovation to strengthen self-insurance across Australia and bring world-class development to professionals within the sector.

  • Ensure that self-insured organisations and licensees can operate effectively, meet industry standards, and contribute to safer workplaces.

  • Provide Australian employers with guidance and support for entry into the self-insurance pathway.

The Australian Self Insurance and Licensee Association Inc (ASILA) is an Incorporated Association under the Associations Incorporation Reform Act 2012, which is governed by Consumer Affairs Victoria.
